A: FLLS is providing the souvenirs, as well as other necessary materials like maps.

Q. What to do we do if our library runs out of maps?
A: First, call the next closest FLLS library and ask if they have any extra maps; then, direct the participant there. Next, contact Heidi to request more maps.
Q: What stats should libraries keep?
A: Please use the provided monthly stats sheets (or make your own) to keep track of daily road trippers.
Completed sheets should be returned to FLLS by September 6th, 2024.
Q: Where can I find graphics to share on social media, add to flyers, etc.?

Q: Do people need a library card to participate?
A: No; anyone can participate. This program is a great opportunity to invite folks to sign up for a library card if they live in the FLLS service area.
Q: If participants are working together as a team, does each member get a souvenir?
A: Yes! Every member of the team gets a souvenir.
Q: Is there a limit to the size of groups participating in the FLX Library Road Trip?
A: Nope. Just be sure to track the number of participants you see each day on your tally sheet.
